MANAGING PARTNER

Melissa, Managing Partner since 2014, joined MS&S Search 25 years ago. She works closely with clients and external partners in every aspect of the search process - managing external communications, consulting, client and candidate outreach, candidate assessment, and interview process design and facilitation. She works across business and industry as well as nonprofit sectors to provide strategic consultation as a steward of the entire search process. Prior to joining MS&S Search, she worked for Bayer Pharmaceutical as well as in high tech and retained search. Melissa graduated from the University of Oregon with BS degrees Political Science and History. She regularly volunteers and enjoys travel, reading, skiing, gardening, political banter and keeping pace with her husband, two adult children and an active dog.

In 2004, Vincent Robinson founded The 360 Group and participates in all aspects of its work- from client engagements to intellectual and human capital development, ensuring the firm's health and effectiveness. He and his experienced staff are committed to diversifying leadership in social sector organizations, ensuring broad representation across leadership teams and organization-wide. Prior to founding the firm, he served as Executive Director of Social Venture Partners Bay Area (SVP) and worked in the Investment Management Division of Goldman, Sachs and Company. Vincent holds an AB degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He volunteers on boards, travels frequently and enjoys cooking, reading and sampling restaurants around the world.

SEARCH CONSULTANT

Tyler’s search experience spans the past 25 plus years for both local and national firms. Prior to entering search, he spent 12 years in accounting and finance in roles through the Chief Financial Officer level. He brings a business partner approach to clients, using strong technical, analytical and outreach skills. He works effectively with nonprofits, but the bulk of his professional work is industry-based, including manufacturing, banking, engineering and service related companies. Tyler graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. He volunteers locally and tends to remodel projects as well as an extensive network of family and friends.
